Parties & Rentals

The Meadowmont Club is the location for your next meeting, shower, or birthday party. Rentals are available for members and non-members, with members receiving a discount. Click on the links to download information on clubhouse, pool, or party rentals.

Clubhouse Rentals: Available year round, when there are no other club sponsored events scheduled. Available rental areas are dependent on the pool season. All clubhouse rentals must end by 2 am.

Pool Rentals: Available during pool season only. Private pool rentals may begin after pool hours only All pool rentals require lifeguards to be staffed by the Club. Pool rentals must end by 1 am.

Party Rentals: Available during pool season during pool hours. Areas of the sunshade and pool pavilion are available to rent. Any group events of 10 or more or any group bringing in outside food, cake, decorations, or planning activities must rent an area of the pool deck. Rentals are limited to 3 hours per area.
